RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for making a Reservation for AITEKX vehicles! Your reservation fee is U$100.00 per vehicle and it’s fully re-fundable any time per your request until the execution of the Purchase Agreement.

1. Reservation

By making your Reservation, you have secured a priority and early –bird VIP incentives in your region for your AITEKX vehicle delivery. By placing this $100 reservation fee, you are not ordering or purchasing a vehicle and this fee does not guarantee you vehicle delivery. Your reservation fee also does not guarantee a set price for the vehicle purchase.

2. Reservation Effective Date

Your Reservation becomes effective once AITEKX receives your Reservation and your valid $100 reservation payment.

3. Communication, Purchase and Delivery

Our production, delivery timelines and any updated information will be sent to you by email. When the start of production for your Reservation nears, you will be notified, and you will be asked to complete or edit the “Build My Dream Car” selections. Once we received your confirmation, AITEKX will create an order for your vehicle, and you will receive a Purchase Agreement. This Purchase Agreement includes pricing of vehicle, vehicle selection options, applicable taxes, and any other applicable fees such as delivery and registration charges. If you proceed with the order, we will apply your Reservation Payment towards the total payment.
Your Reservation can be cancelled at any time before your execution of the Purchase Agreement, and you will receive a full refund of your Reservation Payment.

4. Acknowledgements and Non-Transferable

You understand that AITEKX will not hold your Reservation Payment in a dedicated holding account, an escrow account, or pay any interest on your Reservation Payment. Your Reservation is not transferable or assignable to any party, whether an individual or broker, without the prior written approval of AITEKX. Additional changes or modifications to these terms and conditions may apply.

5. Your Privacy

We will communicate with you via email or phone call, and further information may be requested. Your personal information will be retained under the Privacy Policy of AITEKX.
